HANDEL PRO-BONO LINK & EMPOWERMENT FOUNDATION (HPLEF) CALLS ON FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO CREATE MORE JOBS, TO REDUCED CRIME.



 CRIME REDUCTION

Barr.(Mrs) Christy Oboh Who's the Founder of Handel Pro-Bono Link& Empowerment Foundation (HPLEF) Made this call to Federal Government of Nigeria on 23 August 2023, To reduce Crimes to a bearset minimum in the society.
Handel Pro-Bono Link & Empowerment Foundation, was established in the year 2018, with it location at Gwagwalada FCT ABUJA.

The Foundation is aimed at offering free legal services and it focus on Nigerian in correctional Center, most especially those who can't afford to pay court legal fee's  (indigent persons) It equally focuses on  decongestion of Correctional Services Center. 
According to Barr. (Mrs) Christy, She said it was her passion for humanity that lead to establishing a Non-governmental Organization. The organization (HPLEF) has been surving on her personal funding and few supports from Lawyers who's passionate to ensuring Justice is served.
Handel Pro-Bono Link Empowerment Foundation also has the mandate to make sure that Justice Prevails at the end of any court case, the foundation also Rehabilitate, Reform and empowers inmates with skills Aquisition Training, like shoe,soap, clothes Making, before re-integrating them into the Society.


During the interview, the founder said she has executed so many projects in the society, such as community Enlightenment project on crime reduction, The organization has enjoyed a wide range of acceptance in partnership and referrals from inmates who had free legal representation from the foundation.
 And she has an upcoming School Enlightenment project, which she's soliciting to the general public, Foreign NGO'S and Government Bodies to support, Contribute financially in other to jointly Flight the problem of Crime in our society.

Also lending a voice to curbing Crime in our society is Director of Administration (HPLEF)  Ovvy Idofe-Ukonga esq, She said the solution to curbing crime in Nigeria is joint effort of both Government and citizens, so she called all hands to be on deck in other to have crime free society.

Barr.Christy Finally advice the Youth to avoid crime, even when they are tempted to do the fastest online crime, thy shouldn't join, Also She advise Nigerian to come together in agreement irrespective of your tribe and religion.
